Park Direct So candidates Strong QPR Captain

Park Ji-sung just joined Queens Park Rangers. Considered rich in experience, the 31-year-old player would immediately become the new captain of QPR strong candidate.

After seven seasons defending Manchester United's Park finally switched sides after signing a two-year contract with QPR.

In his first official press conference with QPR manager Mark Hughes, Park was able to surprise. Hughes, who also played for Manchester United when I was playing, assessing his new players have the quality to
captain QPR.

"Ji will enter into my mind related to their new captain for the club. I will see who is brave and instinctively developed is suitable for the position," said Hughes in Sportinglife.

QPR currently does not have a captain after Joey Barton was removed from his position following the violence which he showed in the match against Manchester City last summer. Barton's actions result not just ousted as QPR captain should not be punished but also appeared in 12 games plus a fine of six weeks salary.

Even so Park, some of which has collected four league titles, three League Cups and the Champions League trophy with Manchester United, not a single candidate.

"I'm sure the players so covet that role and prove that they deserved, and it also includes Ji."

"But we also have the full experience of other players, (eg) Djibril Cisse who had won the Champions League, so in the locker room we have good figures that could fill that role," concluded Hughes.
